blind spot!Ahamo may be more expensive for repair!

Docomo's "ahamo" plan, which has reduced monthly communication charges by simplifying support at stores. I also made an ahamo contract for one line. The terminal is DoCoMo's "AQUOS sense5G SH-53A.

However, the other day. The "AQUOS sense5G" has become unwell. At first, while playing "Uma Musume Pretty Derby", the playback started to be jerky, and then the operation became slow in general. Next, if I leave it alone, it will occasionally restart, and when I turn it on and off a few times, I get a mysterious error message "Android system cannot be loaded".

This is what you call a "malfunction", right?

This screen is... well... yes... it's broken, isn't it?

In the case of ahamo, repair requests can be accepted online or at docomo shops. Considering the case where there is no alternative means of communication regarding breakdowns, shops are also OK.

Blind spot! Ahamo is the cost of repair can be expensive!

I made an application from the "Online Repair Reception Service" on the web. This procedure is very simple. After logging in with your d account, enter "repair, exterior replacement, or battery replacement", "failure event", and "whether to use a rental model" and send it.

Then Docomo will send you a cardboard box by mail, put the smartphone you want to repair in it, and post it to complete the request. It's much easier than going to a docomo shop, both emotionally and in terms of time and effort.

Online repair request. Once you log in with your d ACCOUNT, it's not difficult as you only have to fill in repairs, failure symptoms, and whether to use a rental model. > However.

For ahamo subscribers, we have discovered one thing to be aware of regarding terminal repairs. That is, in the ahamo contract, "2200 yen will be charged as a rental fee for an alternative terminal".

…………Different device rental is free with Docomo's other plans, but only the ahamo contract costs 2200 yen! (*Editorial note: DoCoMo announced in March that it would cost 2,200 yen to use a replacement device as one of the precautions for ahamo.)

......Why!? Whether it's other rate plans or ahamo, if you go to a docomo shop, you'll have labor costs for support, and if you do it on the web, you can cut it down, so it's cheaper on the web. If you say so, I understand. Why is it 2200 yen for ahamo and free for other plans? I can't believe it! Of course, the online price plan "ahamo" may not absorb the cost of repairs within the price plan, but...

Well, I didn't have a replacement device at hand, but I was a little excited to see what the replacement device would come, so I paid 2200 yen to borrow it (it turned out to be the same AQUOS sense5G in a different color). I am too, but...

So, I can't help but think, "Why only ahamo?" Kii!

For the time being, send the device in for repairs, and hopefully it will heal quickly and come back!
