This time I bought a 50-inch model "50M540X", and the remote control also has buttons for calling YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
This time, let's take Alexa as an example and introduce the procedure for linking with a smart speaker. All you have to do is "add Regza skills to Alexa", but the difference from general products with smart functions is that you need to display an 8-digit code on the Regza side and enter it. is.
I'll leave the steps to the screenshot below, but when the 8-digit code is displayed, search for "REGZA" on the Alexa app side to activate the skill. In the process, you will be asked to enter the above-mentioned 8-digit code, so if you enter it on the app, the cooperation is completed. At first glance, it may seem like a hassle, but it's actually rather easy because you don't have to enter your email address and password on the app.

One thing to keep in mind is that on the "Smart Speaker Linkage Settings" screen mentioned above, the operation while waiting for power is set to "Not accepted" by default. This dialogue mode requires a separate setup, which requires extra effort, and the behavior is flattering, such as the dialogue mode ending immediately when the voice command to be called is wrong or an error occurs and returning to the beginning. Is not user friendly either. You can certainly do it if you follow the procedure, but the fact is that the remote control is more reliable and easy to understand, and you don't bother to operate it by voice.
Also, while normal calls that are not in interactive mode can be accepted by the Google Home app on smartphones, this interactive mode can only be accepted by calling to smart speakers. It's unclear whether this series of behaviors is due to the restrictions on the Google Assistant side or the problem on the Regza side, but in any case, the practicality is not good and the usage scene seems to be quite limited.
Dialogue mode interaction flow. This time, I'm using Google Nest Hub with a screen for easy understanding. First, a dialogue mode called "OK Google, talk to Regza" was activated.
