The teachers are really interested in the "de-printing" that progresses at school and the paperless operation that accelerates due to the Korona-ka.

学校で進む「脱プリント」、コロナ禍で加速するペーパーレス化に先生たちのホンネは

"Prints" that were once distributed in large numbers at schools. It came out from the bottom of the child's school bag in a jerky manner ... I think there are many people who have experience. It seems that "deprinting" is progressing at school now. What is the true intention of the "teacher" who works in the field? Reiko Otsuka, a non-fiction writer, tells us. A huge amount of "paper bombs"

Schools are becoming more deprinted and paperless. "Letters" that were previously distributed on paper have been replaced with emails, and can now be viewed on the homepage. Even at the high school where my son attends, the school evaluation questionnaire was finally conducted on Google Forms this year, and I was impressed that the times have finally changed. From the point of view of deprinting and parents, it helps. I have been troubled by letters from children's schools. Especially when I was in elementary school, the amount of letters I wrote every day wasn't enough, and it was just a "paper bomb." Most of the contents are just a few lines if it is an email, but since it is printed on separate paper one by one, the paper is wasteful and it is difficult to read. Moreover, my son is a common "child who does not write letters", and the letters do not arrive in the first place. When I was in elementary school, I was saved several times by the information I heard from parents in the same class I met in the neighborhood. For such parents, email contact was not an exaggeration but a long-cherished wish. The progress of paperless offices has been sloppy until now. Even at the PTA site where I often interview, digitization has been gradually progressing even before Corona, but the chairman and officers said, "The principal does not say'Yeah', so I can not proceed with digitization. I often heard the troubles such as. She was "told to be premature" (although it's still not zero). Six or seven years ago, when I was in charge of IT at the parents' association of a children's soccer club, I switched to HP posting & email contact of the paper "chore chart" that the officer delivered to each member's house every month. I was pleased to proceed with the deprinting, but this did not go smoothly until the introduction. Some coaches and parents wanted "as usual". Why did the deprinting suddenly accelerate recently? This will be largely influenced by the Korona-ka. After all, in 2020, the school was closed all at once, and the communication method of "letter" & "children's flight (bottle)", which had been the standard of the school until then, collapsed. We had no choice but to move to digital tools such as email systems and apps. At the same time, it would have been great that the "GIGA School Concept," which had been under preparation for some time, was implemented ahead of schedule. Digital terminals such as personal computers and tablets will be distributed to children one by one, and when this happens, the principal can no longer say, "Digitalization is still a little early." Many parents welcome this kind of paperless move, but what about the teachers in the field? In fact, do you have any problems? I asked some teachers.
