 The work checks and reports that non-desk workers do daily are still mostly done on paper. On-site managers also had to check a large number of documents one by one, and it was a daily occurrence that there were many entry and confirmation errors.

Kaminashi replaces this kind of on-site work from paper with a tablet app. We have prepared a number of functions that are considered necessary for the application as template parts. By simply combining them, you can use it as an original application optimized for each site.

Father's company came up with the idea

For example, alerts should be issued only when an abnormal state is detected in some work, or a manual on how to deal with trouble should occur. Since it can be displayed, it is possible to greatly reduce the time required for confirmation work and the occurrence of mistakes. In addition, considering that many non-desk workers are from overseas, we can also translate into foreign languages. There are three types of usage plans depending on the function, and the initial cost is 120,000 to 300,000 yen, which is set to be as easy to introduce as possible.

 My father was the reason I wanted to start a business. At the age of 32, his father started a company called World Enterprise, which does outsourcing (temporary staffing) for aviation-related businesses. Having grown up watching the entrepreneurs around me, I started thinking about starting a company by the time I graduated from university.

After that, I decided to work at my father's company, where more than 90% of the employees were non-desk workers, and I experienced a lot of inefficient and difficult work with only paper. At the time, I didn't think about it that much, but when I started thinking about starting my own business, the memories of the hard work at the time came back to me, and I thought that everyone would be happy if this was digitized. was the impetus for the company's founding.

Currently, 150 companies have introduced it, including Royal Host Holdings, Route-Inn Hotels, and Hoshino Resorts.

 In the future, we will increase the number of companies that have introduced it, but we are also thinking about further strengthening its functions. One of them is the digitization of core operations. Today's Kaminashi is a "broad and shallow" digitization of problems in domains around core operations. However, there is no doubt that it is the core business part that companies that implement it really want to digitize.

In fact, when I first started the business, I wanted to create it to solve the problems of core business. However, at that time, we had a shortage of human resources and development capabilities, so we had to give up.

 However, the number of people in the development team has increased, and it is fulfilling. I once gave up on the digitization of core operations, but I would like to pursue that dream and take on the challenge again, further promoting the digitization of non-desk workers.
